Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Just drop a capful of it into a glass once a day. It is good for improved gut health, more stable blood sugar levels and better appetite control. It’s not a miracle cure or weight-loss treatment, but it sure beats a soft drink, health-wise.
Green Tea
