You must have read or see tons of articles on women skin issues. But just as women skin is important, so is men skin. Some may think that men do not have much of skin trouble like women, but that is a myth. Yes they may not have over the shoulder hair or they may not wear makeup, but they do have some skin issues. And boy, there was time when men took care of their skin with nothing but a hand wash bar for washing the face and using the tiny bits of toilet paper to cover up the shaving bruises. Gone are these days, though. Today, men are surrounded by many facial products. But some men feel to avoid all these cosmetics and get a clean and healthy face just in few step.
Cleansing is anytime must for the skin. Be it a man’s skin or a women’s, cleansing is a must. Cleansing is nothing but simply washing your wash. So cut out that weird expression from the face. Your should, wash or what they say is cleanse your face at least twice a day; one in the morning and one at night, before sleeping. We do not see dirt on the skin so this doesn’t mean that the face is clean or anything. Men skin is more oiler than women. So cleansing is a must. Cleansing the skin would mean that you are clearing the pores that are blogged for a while now.
The next step would be exfoliating. In this step, you have to remove the dead skin cells so that your skin can breathe. Use a gentle exfoliating scrubber. And this will then give you a smooth and soft skin. The exfoliating scrubber will also smoothen your facial hair. After exfoliating comes moisturizing. In fact when it comes to men, moisturizing is a must. A woman not moisturizing once is okay but moisturizing for a man is very essential. The reason for this is that men shave and that is what makes their face a little harsh. Also when you shave, you tend to loose oil from the face.
Also the area around the eyes is the first place where the signs of aging are seen. And that is what men neglect most. What you can do is use a hydrating eye cream. All you have to do is apply some of the cream around the eye at night and gently massage it.
Just like the area around the eye, lips also age over time. When we are young, we tend to have pink lips. But as the years go by, lips lose collagen and they start to melt. Women have the advantage of lip gloss, or lipstick, but do not have such advantage. Lips and the area around the eye they lack oil and the natural sweat glands. Also they get affected by the ultra violet rays. So it is okay to use a men’s lip balm once a while. There is nothing wrong to it. And if you feel a little insecure or are a little embarrassed about it, simply rub a little of Vaseline over the lips.
